Do you have private rooms?
At this location, no. But we do have another crashpad, also close to CLT, that has 2 private rooms. Please reach out for info and availability.
What do you provide?
We provide basics like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and monthly cleaning. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillow and towel. The kitchen is stocked with essentials like plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc.
Are utilities included?
Yes, we pay for all utilities including Wifi.
Is there room in case I’d like to leave some of my belongings there?
The rooms are spacious and have closets. There is also under bed storage for single beds and bottom bunks. We also have a large garage you could leave a bin in. There are 4 refrigerators in the house so you’ll have plenty of space for food too!
Do you require a lease and deposit?
Yes, we require a $100 deposit and a month-to-month lease in order to book with us. With a month to month least there is no scheduled end date and you may terminate at any time before the 1st of the month. If 30 days notice is given, you will also receive your deposit back.
Can this be my full time residence?
The crash pad cannot be considered your full time residence and you cannot have your mail sent there. However, we do not enforce a max night stay rule.
How many guests can stay at a time?
In total, the home has 13 beds. We only offer cold beds – meaning each one is reserved for a specific person. When that person is not at the crash pad, that bed remains empty and is never shared.
Are you close to public transportation?
The easiest way to get to and from the airport is a ride share service like Uber – an Uber ride is typically under $10. There is a bus stop at the top of the street, however, it goes out of the way before it goes back to the airport so it may take you about 45 minutes to get there.
Can I bring my car?
Yes, we have plenty of room for parking.
